DSF L&I wins Korea ESG Award for reusable cups and containers – The Korea Times

By Jhoo Dong-chan DSF L&I won the 1st Korea ESG Award in the small- and medium-sized manufacturer category, the company said in a press release, Tuesday.
The logistics service provider emphasized its commitment to fostering an ESG culture, citing initiatives such as the development of reusable cups and a container circulation service utilizing Near Field Communication technology.
“We are a pioneer in the sector,” said a DSF L&I official. “Our commitment to carbon reduction in the consumer sector is evident through our extensive production of reusable cups and containers.”
The company added it is also satisfying the EU’s supply chain due diligence and the U.S.’s climate disclosures in logistics where a number of domestic firms are still experiencing difficulties.
This year’s Korea ESG Awards was hosted by the Korean ESG Association jointly with the National Assembly ESG Forum. A number of domestic organizations, including the Korea Automobile Environment Association, also sponsored the event.
