As major cryptos consolidate ahead of a busy week of macro events, traders are turning to more speculative markets and utilizing tools like DEXScreener to hunt for top crypto gainers today.
Bitcoin (BTC) was trading within recent ranges in the $59,000 area, while most other major were relatively little changed in the past 24 hours.

Per DEXScreener, the token still had a small market cap of just over $500,000.
Its locked liquidity, relative to its market cap, anyway, was last around $560,000.
That said, it seems unpopular in the community, with 11 red flag emoji votes to just four rocket ship emoji votes.
Deadpool Inu (DPOOL)
A new Ethereum meme coin called Deadpool Inu (DPOOL) was up over 23,000% on Monday per DEXScreener.
That makes it one of the top crypto gainers today, with a market cap over $1.2 million.
But the meme coin has very thin liquidity of only around $140,000, meaning one big sell order could cause a rapid price crash.
R/funny (RFUNNY)
A Reddit-themed meme coin called r/funny (RFUNNY) is up over 10,000% on Monday, per DEXScreener. That ranks it amongst the top crypto gainers today.
The new shitcoin hit a market cap of around $1 million recently, but has since backed off to around $700,000.
Its audit shows no issues. But that doesn’t mean its a safe investment.
Traders must remember that almost all newly launched coins will soon become worthless. Most are either scams or pump-and-dumps, and a traders should never invest more than they can afford to lose.
A potentially safer way to secure big profits in crypto is by investing in high-potential crypto presales.
Web3 start-ups frequently conduct fundraising rounds, where they sell their native token at a big discount to its potential valuation to early investors.
